His responsibilities include enhancing stakeholder relations, driving profitability, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Junaid Nasheer

COO -Head of Projects

His concerns are always related to the scope of the projects, the budgets, the timelines, and the internal and external reports.

He holds overall responsibility for ensuring the successful conclusion of construction projects, coordinating teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion to high standards. He provides leadership in strategically managing risks, monitoring finances, and ensuring the timely initiation and completion of each project phase.
