As Managing Director of Junaid Group, he oversees all operations, guiding strategic direction and ensuring sustainable growth. He leads executive decision-making, fosters a culture of innovation, and maintains financial health. His responsibilities include enhancing stakeholder relations, driving profitability, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Junaid Nasheer

COO -Head of Projects

His concerns are always related to the scope of the projects, the budgets, the timelines, and the internal and external reports.

He holds overall responsibility for ensuring the successful conclusion of construction projects, coordinating teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion to high standards. He provides leadership in strategically managing risks, monitoring finances, and ensuring the timely initiation and completion of each project phase.

Anuff Ahammad

Director

He develops forecasts and strategies to achieve export sales at price levels to ensure profitability.
